18K Gold Manufacturing, Built for Retailers
Dokanzargar is a full-line 18K gold jewellery manufacturer based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We design, cast, finish and refine gold jewellery for retailers and wholesalers worldwide, and we have done this work, under the same name, since 2020.
Where We Started: Tehran, 2020
Dokanzargar began in Tehran, Iran, as a small-batch, custom-made workshop serving jewellery retailers. From the first day it was a complete A-to-Z operation: CAD design and 3D printing, casting and moulding, polishing, plating, diamond setting and enamel work. Every service was in-house, and every order was made to the retailer's specification.
Working across so many styles and techniques gave our founder, Kiavash Ramezan, hands-on experience in almost every kind of jewellery design.
Growing into a Factory: 2021 to 2025
With that experience, we moved to a much larger premises, purchased machines one by one and steadily increased manufacturing capacity. We began supplying wholesalers in Tehran's gold souq and added our own refinery line, which gave us control of the full chain from raw gold to finished piece. From 2021 to 2025, Dokanzargar operated as a full 18K gold manufacturing factory in the Tehran gold souq.
A Decision About Quality
In the middle of 2025, heavy inflation in Iran meant people could no longer afford gold the way they once had. Most manufacturers responded by lowering their quality and cutting their crafting fees. We chose not to. Holding our standard cost us a great deal of sales, but we were not willing to put our name on work we were not proud of.
So we made a different decision: to move to the UAE, the city of gold, where we could manufacture at the quality we believe in, sell to the local market and export to the rest of the world.
Today: SAIF Zone, Sharjah
Our workshop in SAIF Zone is compact but complete. It runs a full manufacturing line from CAD to final polish, together with on-site refinery and assay services. What we offer retailers:
- More than 2,000 models across many styles, ready to order.
- Low-weight designs. With gold prices at record levels, our lightweight pieces stay affordable at the counter, which is why they sell fast for our retail partners.
- Custom orders. Bring us your design or your idea and we will produce it, exactly as you specify.
- Refinery and assay services on site in SAIF Zone.
- One supplier for the whole job. Design, casting, finishing, plating, stone setting and enamel, all under one roof.
